ABOUT THE ARTIST
As brass, the medium of my works, is exposed by engraving from the hidden appearance of patina colors and patterns, it reveals its surprising golden color. Across history and cultures, gold symbolizes the beauty of our spiritual plane which we all share inside us.
ABOUT THE ART
Abstract engraving on brass patina. Colors are created by torch or blue copper mineral. The golden color is the medium(brass) itself exposed by Dremel engraving. No colorants or gold leaf used. 3D shaped by hammering from brass sheet metal.
