ABOUT THE ARTIST
I love painting landscapes & cityscapes. Worn older buildings are something I find great interest in, Philadelphia offers many. Scenes with low light & long shadows inspire me the most. There is something spectacular about the way light hits a building and creates bold colors and high contrast.
ABOUT THE ART
All works are custom framed oil paintings on canvas. I use a variety of techniques and materials to achieve detail. Liner brushes are used frequently for crisp edges. All photographic references were taken myself. I DO NOT paint over top of photographs.
